Barafield

I’ve lived at Barafield for over 6 years, and it’s truly been a wonderful place to call home. The building is well-maintained, secure, and ideally located—close to shops, transit, and all the essentials. The management has always been responsive and professional, handling any maintenance requests quickly and with care. My suite was bright and comfortable, with beautiful views and a layout that really made it feel spacious. The neighbours are friendly, and there’s a real sense of community here. If you’re looking for a safe, clean, and welcoming place to live in Vancouver, I can’t recommend Barafield enough. It’s been an amazing experience from start to finish.

I lived here for 5 years and had a great experience. It's a friendly place to live and I never had issues with pests or noise. On-site managers were always great and hard working; particularly the current managers and the managers before. The building is old but well maintained. On site laundry and elevator are new. My only complaint is the high rent but that's the norm across Vancouver.

I resided in the Barafield building for nearly two years and wish to express my appreciation to the company and its management for providing excellent accommodation. I would like to extend a special acknowledgement to Milan and Bojana, the current building managers, for their exceptional service throughout my tenancy. Their courteous demeanour, willingness to assist, and prompt responsiveness were greatly appreciated. Moreover, the cleanliness and upkeep of shared areas, including the laundry facilities, were impeccable. Once again, thank you for your invaluable assistance during my stay.

We were incredibly satisfied with the current resident managers Bojana and Miljan. They were always quick to respond to any maintenance requests, ensuring that our living spaces are well-maintained and comfortable throughout the 20 months we lived there. Their professionalism and friendly demeanour created a positive living environment. Moreover, they proactively addressed any issues within the building, making sure everything ran smoothly. They were always at the end of the phone no matter what you need them for they were always there to help.

We've just moved into this building, so it's a bit early for me to give a review about the space, but the building management's attitude has been very very good. They are friendly, responsible, and professional. They've been very helpful in getting us settled into our new unit. Hats off to them and 5 Star!
